3. Nature of Services

Riang Advisory provides financial education services. We are not a licensed financial planner, financial advisor, or investment advisor under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or any other Malaysian financial regulation. Nothing in our programmes constitutes financial advice, investment advice, insurance advice, or tax advice. Our programmes are delivered in person at our Penang office or remotely via video conference, at the participant's election and subject to availability.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of the programme fee. A session schedule will be agreed between the participant and Riang Advisory within five working days of payment. Riang Advisory reserves the right to decline an enrolment where the programme is not an appropriate fit for the participant's situation, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Riang Advisory reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time, or a pro-rata refund issued if rescheduling is not possible.
